Do you feel more comfortable working alongside others? Deliver Hope leads 3-4 student group classes every week. Curriculum is lead by a Deliver Hope staff member, Group Mentors just need to be engaged and come prepared to have fun. Classes are 1 hr long. Training provided.

Deliver Hope partners with colleges and universities to provide workforce experience in several fields of study. You can gain invaluable hands-on experience working with hurting young people, their families, and the juvenile justice system.

Being matched with a young person can impact your life just as much as you can impact theirs. A 1:1 mentor match can be more flexible and even more rewarding. You will be carefully matched with a young person and coached through road bumps to ensure a successful mentor relationship. You'll meet with your mentee once a week (either in our office, out in the community, or in your normal daily routine) to work through and complete their list of goals. Invest in them, "take them with you" as you do normal every-day things. Mentoring doesn't have to be fancy! Training provided.

We all have a story to tell and experience to share! Volunteering as a guest speaker is a great fit if you want to volunteer but are unable to commit to a weekly position. Your life or career can create an opportunity for a young person to learn from and be inspired by! We have had a variety of speakers: small business owners, artists, athletes, people in trades, nurses, just to name a few.
